Prativer Adeen

To commensurate one year successful  completion  of Community Information Centre –Dhakuakhana,  one day long congregation was held  at  Dhakuakhana in a colorful way attended by a large nos.  of visitors well in advanced. The program was initiated by flag hosting in the  early morning by Ms. Malaya Dutta Borah , CIC Operator, Dhakuakhana Dev. Block and with a presentation of Scout –guide by Mr. Manalisha Gogoi , Rastapoti scoute , Rover Scout leader , Dhakuakhana H.S. School and Gen. Secretary of Prativeer Adeen  and then social tree plantation by students.

The day long function viz. Prativeer Adeen (Excellency on a day) was inaugurated by Sri Ananta Das, the President , Anchalik Panchayat where he appealed all computer literate persons  to contribute with their invaluable technological knowledge  for a better society. He has promised to earmarked an amount of Rs One Lakh for the expansion of Community Information Centre to meet the  aspiration of  rural people of Dhakuakahan.

 To mark the ceremonial function,  drawing competitions  was held. In the  Senior section, Smti Namita Dutta was adjusted best for her immaculate drawing which succeeded to draw the people’s attention. Nilim Jyoti Dutta stood first in the junior section.   The prizes were distributed by GM,  District Industries and Commerce, Lakhimpur.

 A seminar was held on the “ Significance of computer Education in today’s world and role of CIC there”. Sri D. Dutta DIO NIC Lakhimpur explained elaborately how the knowledge of Computer became indispensable in today’s’ world ;the priceless resources available and coming up everyday in the internet for all section of the society, the various IT policy of Govt to spreading of computer education and how to become self employed and invited all to improve  their computer skill to meet the new global challenge. He also explained the various role and future plan  of  CIC for the benefit of the society.  Sri A. Saikia AM DICC spoke about few future  projects that would be taken from govt side soon. In the discussion forum, numerous query on technology, scope on how to improve technical skill, distance education, trends of computer technology, future expansion of CIC were discussed which was immensely helpful to the computer enthusiasts.

 In the PRATIVEER ADEEN , various skill of  present and ex. CIC  students  in the field of art, culture, folklore, music,  were performed. At the outset, the chorus on  theme of CIC  composed by Smti Moloya Dutta Bora CIC operator was exhibited.  Then several other items  viz. Modern song, Folk lore , Bihu dance, moden dance, bhajan, Vaishnavite  culture, Story telling, recitation, chorus, etc.  were performed. The modern song by Jashpal gogoi, Smti Namita Dutta, Prahlad Hiloidhary;  Bihu dances by Champu moni Phukan, Pori Borgohain. Jahnabi Buragohain,  Chorus by CIC students  were heartbreaking.  The program was anchored by Smti Smti Gayantri Chutia . Smti Moloya Dutta Borah CIC operator took the entire responsibility to organize the mega event assisted by Sri Mridul Chutia , CIC operator.  A  community feast was provided with contribution from the society to all visitors and guest.

 At the end , the CIC Sonkolpa ( Oath of CIC) was taken  by all CIC students talking oath expressing their joint commitment  to contribute for the progress and prosperity of  Dhakhuakana. Over one thousand computer enthusiast from all section of the society attended the function through out the day.
